Shipping Policy
We ship orders to all 50 states and Puerto Rico. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
All orders are subjected to item availability and method of payment verification. If we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason, we will notify you.
You may be contacted by a customer service representative for verification purposes or if there are any issues with your order. Issues with your order may include (but not limited to) stock issues, contact information errors, unverifiable information, or shipping charges.
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number.
We do ship internationally. All duties and taxes for shipments outside the United States are the responsibility of the customer.
We will not be responsible for wrong shipping address if we do not have the correct information.
Shipping Rates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Local Delivery:
We offer local delivery. Simply choose Local Delivery as your shipping method when checking out.
Orders received before 10:00 AM will ship the same day. Orders received after that time will ship the next business day. Please be aware that we do not offer local deliver during weekends, and holidays.
If no one is present at the delivery location (customer's shipping address), the courier will wait 5 minutes before returning the items to the pickup location. Customer will not be credited for the delivery fee and additional charges may apply for subsequent delivery attempts.
